| Policy: Purchase of any product, consulting, manuals, DVD, and etc are final. In cases where an individual is late any time after 90% of their course and/or no call/no show has been provided they become ineligible for transfer/refund. The ineligibility rule will take effective 5/30/08.If you have been confirmed for a seat or made payment for a course and your not able to attend and make contact with BER, you will have 90 days to use the amount you paid for a credit towards any course. If you send a payment for a course that is not listed on our site or has no seats you will have to transfer that amount to another course. It is also your responsibility to make sure you have ample directions to arrive to your course on time. You must be present for class to receive credit. WE DO NOT PROVIDE A GRACE PERIOD OR ALLOW YOU TO ATTEND IF YOU ARE LATE PASS 90% OF CLASS TIME WHICH IS A STATE BOARD REQUIREMENT. Class dates, time, location, educator etc. is subject to change and will be provided with advanced notice in such case. Under unforeseen cases we will make you aware as soon as possible. If you pay after normal business hours or weekends, please note that your payment and registration is processed on the next business day by 5pm inwhich at that time you will get a confirmed seat. Note: If you pay on a weekend date and the class you would like to attend is sunday or monday you will have to pay at door price of course to attend since you will not have a confirmed seat. We reserve the right to refuse anyone from attendance who is rude in any manner, unprofessional or disruptive in any way. In this case you will be ask to leave and no credit/refund will be provided. |
